Ilona Maher is an Olympic bronze medalist and social media personality known for her strength on the field and humor online. A former Quinnipiac University standout, she joined the USA Rugby Sevens team in 2018 and has competed in both the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paris 2024 Olympics. Beyond rugby, Ilona is a vocal advocate for mental health, body positivity, women in sports, and mental health awareness, using her platform to inspire confidence and shatter stereotypes.
