Tiffany Smith-Anoa’i leads entertainment-focused inclusion initiatives across CBS Entertainment, Showtime, Media Networks and Paramount Pictures. She also oversees creative development programs, talent initiatives, and strategic partnerships with agencies, guilds, and industry stakeholders.
Since joining CBS Entertainment in 2000 as a senior publicist for primetime series and specials, Smith-Anoa’i has continually championed efforts that expand opportunity within the entertainment industry. In 2009, she created and assumed the position of vice president of Entertainment Diversity & Communications for CBS Entertainment. Her dedication and innovative approach led to her appointment as senior vice president in 2015. In these roles, Smith-Anoa’i developed new programs to recruit, nurture and hire inclusive talent for positions both in front of and behind the camera, helping to launch several notable careers.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Smith-Anoa’i is a dynamic speaker and advisor, often tapped for her expertise in media, culture, and impactful leadership. She serves on the boards of ColorComm and Big Sunday, and is Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Archer School for Girls.
She is a proud honors graduate of Howard University.
Smith-Anoa’i draws profound inspiration from her family, whose values of excellence, resilience, and service are deeply embedded in her approach to leadership and legacy. Her daughter, Vaughan Anoa’i, is a Division I scholar-athlete at Georgetown University and the founder and CEO of Vaughan’s Block Back, a nonprofit organization committed to eliminating financial barriers and expanding access to volleyball for all. Her husband, Reno Anoa’i, is the CEO of KnokX Pro Wrestling Entertainment and a member of the legendary and unconquerable Samoan Dynasty.
